Guest House
Holy Hill offers simple, overnight accommodations to anyone seeking an opportunity
to encounter the Sacred in a place apart from the busy world. Our retreat facilities
are housed in two buildings, the “New Guest House” and the “Old Monastery Inn.”
Rates are $35 plus tax/night for single occupancy rooms and $45 plus tax/night for
double occupancy. Rates may be affected by special events. All our rooms are non-smoking.
Please Note: Our retreat facilities are not handicapped accessible.
"New Guest House"
Built in 1962, the New Guest House is located above the Gift Store. Each of the
fourteen rooms has two single beds and a private bath with shower.
"Old Monastery Inn"
This is the original monastery, built in 1919 and converted into retreat rooms after
the new monastery was built in 1935. This historical building retains all the character
(and some of the quirks) of the original structure, and has a uniqueness many have
come to cherish. The fifteen retreat rooms have one bed each and are located on
the third and fourth floors. There is one large, common bathroom per floor. A conference
room, lounge and chapel are also available for guests to use.
Food Service
The Holy Hill Café reopens Monday, August 6, 2007, and will be open for lunch seven
days a week from May 1 to October 31; and open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from
November 1 to April 30. Sunday brunch is served all year round from 10:00 am to
2:00 pm. All our Retreat guests are welcome to use the kitchenette, located in the
Old Monastery Inn and equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave. If your group
would like to make arrangements for catered meals, you can contact Catering By Frank through their web site.
